Jan Lokpal Bill

I have gone through the draft of "Jan Lokpal Bill"which have been uploaded in Anna Hajareji website. One fact, i want to highlight here is that the country has accepted leadership of Anna Hajareji to finish the corruption in the lowest level i.e. even in ward level of Panchayat. But going throgh the Draft it is not clear that a lokpal or any officer will be appinted in the level of Panchayat or SubDivision level. If the act will not fullfil the aspiration of Sub-Division level then the relevency or aspiration of the common mass will be frustrated. I therefore request to make a provision in this bill for appointment of a Officer or Lokpal at the Level of Subdivision level to achieve the ultimate aspioration of common masses.
